Return Timeline
Please return the product within 7 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
Products returned after this period will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
Defective or Damaged Products
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, kindly share an unboxing video as proof and return the product within 3 days of delivery.
Requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
Eligibility for Return
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order ID/receipt) is required for processing returns.
Exchange / Replacement
Once your return is approved, we will deliver the exchange or replacement product within 7–10 working days.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
Refund Process
For eligible returns (other than replacements), refunds will be processed and credited within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
